Germain Senlis

Germain has 17 years of real estate experience in Europe. Over his career, Germain participated in the origination, underwriting and execution of office, retail, hotel, residential and logistics investments in Western and Eastern Europe in excess of €1.5 billion. Germain was involved on all elements of property transactions up and down the capital structure. Prior to joining First Growth, Germain held the following positions:

• Principal at Peakside Capital, a spin-off company of Merrill Lynch real estate investment team, focusing on deal origination and asset management in France, Germany and CEE
• Associate at Merrill Lynch International in its real estate private equity group
• Analyst in the Asset Finance Group at Nomura International

Germain graduated from HEC Paris (Master Degree in Finance). Germain is a French national and is trilingual (English, French and Spanish).
